Centerline International Policies



The best way to order is in our online store. There you will see clear photos and a concise description of all the parts you are ordering.

We are also happy to take your order over the phone, however we will assume you have reviewed our web site and confirmed the parts you are ordering are correct for your car.

We are available between 9:00 am-6:00 pm Mountain Time to take your order. When calling, be prepared with the year and model of your Alfa, a shipping address, and a daytime phone number. It is always best to provide the Centerline part number when ordering. You can also provide us with a part description or an original Alfa Romeo part number to identify the part needed, however you are ultimately responsible for making sure the correct part is ordered, so we may ask you to confirm by checking the photos on our web site.


We have several discount programs to save you money. Please note these are not "Sales" or limited-time offers, rather they are available whenever you need your parts.

10% Discount on Orders Over $500. This discount can make a substantial difference in cost on large projects like an engine rebuild or suspension overhaul. Exceptions include already-discounted rebuild kits and special order parts. Other items may be excluded from this offer without notice, so please call if you are uncertain about eligibility. The 10% discount will not be applied to any individual item priced over $500 or any items priced as a "kit".

Free Shipping Over $250. We are not offering Free Shipping on individual RETAIL orders over $250. This offer is valid for USA delivery only with UPS Ground or Priority Mail delivery. Oversize parts are not eligible for Free Shipping and individual orders will not be split. If an order receives FREE SHIPPING Centerline may deduct standard shipping costs from any returns made against that order.

We make a real effort to keep our prices as low as possible; however, all prices are subject to change without notice. Most of our parts are imported directly from European manufacturers to give you the best possible prices.

We accept MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PayPal, money orders, or your check. Payments made by money order or check will be held until funds are confirmed. C.O.D. orders are no longer accepted. We DO NOT accept payment by bank wire transfer.

New Old Stock (NOS) parts are not eligible for return or exchange and are not covered by our warranty policy.


Parts may be returned for full credit within 60 days from the invoice date provided the products are in new, uninstalled, and undamaged condition and include original packaging or boxes. Credit will not be issued for original or return shipping on returned items. Please pack items for return carefully; any items damaged in shipping back to Centerline will not be accepted as a return. Returns may take up to 30 days from receipt at Centerline to be processed. If an order receives FREE SHIPPING Centerline may deduct standard shipping costs from any returns made against that order. Returns after 60 days from the invoice date will be at our discretion, and will be issued as shop credit. Restocking fees may also apply. Returns after 6 months from the invoice date are not accepted under any circumstances.

The following parts are not returnable: Electrical components, books and manuals, fabrics, used, clearance, NOS, and special order parts. Special orders may not be cancelled once the order is placed. Individual components of a “kit” may not be returned separately. If an item has been installed, modified, or is being returned as defective, it will be considered a warranty claim and MUST follow the warranty procedures outlined below. No exceptions.


Parts purchased from Centerline International have a 90 day warranty from the invoice date for materials and workmanship, except as noted. Manufacturers may offer additional warranty on some items. Warranty claims MUST obtain authorization before shipping and need a RMA number. Used parts, NOS parts, parts modified by the customer, parts used on racing cars, or parts installed on non-Alfa vehicles are not covered. Parts may be tested before warranty is offered. Centerline International may, at their discretion, repair or replace the item, or issue full or partial credit. Centerline International accepts no liability for damage caused by defective parts and offers no allowance for labor, incidental costs, or shipping.


Rebuildable cores must be returned within 60 days. Cores will be inspected, and deductions will be made for defects. For International shipments: Customs, brokerage, duties, and other delivery charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
