Centerline Products Policies

ORDERING:
Orders can be made by phone, fax, or through our Online Store 24 hours a day. CALL 888-750-ALFA (2532) between 8:30 am-5:30 pm Mountain Time or FAX (303) 447-0257 anytime. A call to us Monday morning will often have your parts to you by Thursday within the continental US. Provide us with the year and model of your Alfa, a shipping address, and a daytime phone or FAX number. Be prepared with a description of the part you need and the Centerline catalog part number. Original Alfa part numbers can sometimes be cross referenced, however a short description is easier and quicker.

DISCOUNTS:
We offer a 10% discount on all individual orders over $500. This discount can make a substantial difference in cost on large projects like and engine rebuild or suspension overhaul. There are some exceptions: Koni shock absorbers, Nardi steering wheels, road wheels, grills and bumpers, carburetors and conversions, convertible tops, and any used or special order part. Other items may be excluded from this offer without notice. The 10% discount will not be applied to any individual item priced over $500 or any items priced as a "kit".

PRICES:
We make a real effort to keep our prices as low as possible; however, all prices are subject to change without notice. Most of our parts are imported directly from European manufacturers to give you the best possible prices.

TERMS:
We accept MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PayPal, money orders, or your check. Payments made by money order or check will be held until funds are confirmed. If payment is with a charge card, include your name as it appears on the card, the complete card number, the expiration date, the billing address, and three digit code on the back of the card. C.O.D. orders are no longer accepted, except for licensed repair shops with prior approval from Centerline. We DO NOT accept payment by bank wire transfer.

RETURNS:
Before shipping any returns, please call us first; we often will be able to solve a problem over the phone. Parts must be returned within 60 days of the invoice date, and be in new, uninstalled condition, an in original packaging. In order to receive credit for your return in a timely manner, please fill out the return form included with your order. Returns after 60 days will be at our discretion. Electrical parts (including ignition and fuel injection components), books and repair mauals, special order parts, and used parts will not be accepted for return. Individual components of a discounted "kit" may not be returned. Any package refused by recipient will not be accepted as a return, and no credit will be given. Credit will not be issued for shipping on returned items.

WARRANTY:
All parts purchased from Centerline Products are warranted for 90 days from date of invoice for materials and workmanship, except as noted . Warranty is non-transferrable. Warranty doesn’t cover parts used on racing cars and used parts, and parts not bought from Centerline. Centerline Products accepts no liability for damage caused by defective parts and offers no allowance for labor, shipping, or incidental cost. Closely inspect all parts on receipt, prior to installation.

SHIPPING:
Most domestic orders are shipped with United Parcel Service. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, so a street address must be included with each order. It is often easier to have your order shipped to your place of business. Orders to Canada and overseas may be shipped via U.S. Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship orders all over the world on a daily basis. Contact us for a quote and we will check several shipping options to get you the lowest rate. However, international shipments can take up to a month to arrive and may not be trackable while in transit. The recipient is responsible for all import taxes, duties, and brokerage fees, and we do not have the ability to estimate duty due in country of delivery.

SHIPPING CLAIMS:
We receive excellent service from UPS and the USPS, although occasionally a mishap occurs. Open any damaged packages in the presence of the carrier, and call us immediately so we can file a claim. If a package arrived damaged all packaging materials must be kept and may be collected and inspected by the carrier when investigating a claim. Missing packages must be reported to Centerline in a timely manner to enable us to file a claim with the carrier. On any orders shipped by truck freight, signing for a shipment constitutes an acknowledgement that the order has been received in good condition; Centerline cannot be held responsible for damage once a truck freight package has been signed for.

FREIGHT CHARGES:
Please add the following amounts to your order for shipping within the Continental US. Due to a special collaboration with UPS, all standard US shipments will receive 3-Day shipping for standard Ground rates.

UPS 2nd DAY AIR, OVERNIGHT AIR, and OVERNIGHT SATURDAY AIR are available for an additional charge. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico must go by air. Canada and overseas shipping is higher and the recipient is responsible for all import taxes and fees.

EXHAUST, SUSPENSION, DASHBOARDS, BUMPERS, BRAKES, SPRINGS, BODY PARTS, USED PARTS and other oversize or heavy packages may require additional shipping charges and are not eligible for 3-Day UPS shipping at Ground rates.
