If both terminals have voltage, check
the wiring between the cold-start injector and the thermo-time
switch. If the wiring is OK, replace the switch. If
neither terminal has voltage, repair the wiring harness
between the starter solenoid and the cold-start injector.
Temperature Sensor.
While not a cause for a no-start condition, the temp
sensor is the most common cause of poor driveability
and improper mixture. With an ohmmeter, check the resistance
across the two terminals of the temperature sensor.
You should realize the following resistance values at
the temperatures given:
