The most noticeable change you can make on a four cylinder
Alfa would be a suspension rebuild with our performance suspension
upgrades. Replacing your ball joints and suspension bushings,
using polyurethane bushing where applicable, and upgrading
your springs and shocks will make your Alfa handle even better
than when it was new. And, with less suspension dive, this
will improve braking as well.
Another popular upgrade is to rebuild your Alfas
brakes using high performance brake pads, cross-drilled rotors,
stainless-steel brake lines, and a 22mm brake master cylinder.
This upgrade provides far greater stopping power, pedal feel,
and fade resistance than the stock braking system.
A big-valve head with performance camshafts will
also bring a smile to your face.
